“Learning to read a label was a big eye opener for me. All of the information I learned was passed on to my husband at home. We are both much more conscious of label reading when buying groceries. Eating foods lower in fat and sodium and higher in fibre and protein are my goals. Obviously our healthy eating passes on to our children as well at mealtime...not to mention going for walks and all the times they see us on our elliptical and stability ball. My oldest is only four and likes to get up on the elliptical because she sees mom and dad doing it.”
